this was good and informative. The quiz for the 1st part of the training (about the contract) no matter what answers I put, kept saying fail. I used the info on the slides and it still said fail. Maybe it is me clicking the wrong info

Key Accounts
Very interesting - having worked for a LA doing Housing Adaptations for CWD this Process is much clearer and straight forward and combined with Enterprise it is more efficient & much easier to keep a check on the various steps, and for the clients to be updated.
